Salisbury of Dover, Delaware, born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Stephenson and Rhea Weible Stephenson; and her siblings, Donna Stephenson and Lester Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband Edward Salisbury of Dover; her son Edward Salisbury of Smyrna; her stepdaughter Debbie Posey of Shreveport, LA; her siblings, Randy Stephenson of Derry, PA and Jan Trimeloni of Central City, PA; and her grandchildren, Emily and Kelsey.
