He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean; his parents, George and Ruth; his siblings, George Jr., Barbara, Helen and Jim; and his grandson Gary Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Clark Jr. (Dawn) of Camden, DE, Lynn Utz (Dennis) of Felton, DE, Karen Lewis of Camden, DE, Lisa Miller (Daniel) of Apopka, FL and Tammy Bader (John) of Camden, DE.; and his grandchildren, Andy, Laura (Jerry), Brandi (Nick), Jason (Danielle), Bryan (Melissa), Nicholas (Afton), Eric (Ivy), Caitlin (Will), Shawn, Gabrielle, Amanda, Kayla, Cody (Jordyn), Deven and Dalton. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.

Donations in his memory could be made to the four charities he always supported, American Cancer Society, American Heart association, ASPCA, and St. Jude.
