He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Otis Wooleyhand and Florence Ross Wooleyhand; his children, Mark B. Wooleyand and Paula J. Treadway; and his siblings, Elwood, Thomas, Henry, Edward George, Elmer Wooleyhand, Betty Wooleyhand, Ruth Anna Bolt and Barbara Andrew.

He is survived by: his daughters, Olga Pepper (Gerald) and Linda Johnson; his grandchildren, Gerald R. Pepper III (Jill), Paul Justin Pepper (Rachel), Gary W. Johnson (Tricia), Jennifer Johnson (Bart), Jessica Heverin (Dan), Paul Wooleyhand and Sean Wooleyhand; and his siblings, William, Wilson Wooleyhand, Mary Catherine Greason, Jeannie Sherwood and Lizzie Thompson. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
