It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph B. Hinzman (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Furman Hinzman and Ralph Bailey Hinzman; and his sister Caroline H. Ramsay. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca H. Dale; and his granddaughters, Sarah Morgan Dale, Dean Hinzman (Janice) and Doris H. Broscius (Rodney Murphey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
