It is with sadness that the passing of Richard Guy Bailey (Dover, Delaware) is shared. Richard, born on July 29, 1943, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bailey and Sylvia Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Campanelli; his sons, Richard Jr., Steven and Paul; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Kylie, Arianna, Rachel, Eli, Trinity and Ethan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cheswold Global Methodist Church (91 Seven Hickories Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sharon Hills Memorial Park (2928 Sharon Hill Rd, Dover, DE 19904).
