He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Thomas B Brown; his wife Mary; his daughter Meredith Abbate; his granddaughter Elizabeth Abbate; his siblings, Bobby, Wayne, Thomas B. Brown, Charlotte Black, Joyce Wroten and JoAnn Caldwell; his stepsiblings, Debbie Franco and Arthur Sherman; and his close friend John Thornburg. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, and numerous brothers-and sisters-in-law, several God-children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peace Lutheran Church or the Delaware 4-H Foundation.
