The memory of Rita M. Saulsbury (Dover, Delaware), born in Federalsburg, Maryland, who passed away on July 21, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; and her son Wade. She is survived by: her son Grant (Patricia); her grandson Eric; her children, Steve (Theresa) and Joanne (Tom); her grandson Tavish; and her brother Jerry Wilson (El). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the West Room of Westminster Village (191 Westminster Dr, Dover, DE 19904).
