He was predeceased by: his grandmother Virginia Banks (VanVaulkenburgh). He is survived by: his parents, Robert Allen Bell and Lisa Marie Bell (Banks); his brother Thomas Bell (Desi Cropper); his grandparents, Linda Bell, Allen, Debbie Bell and Jerry Banks; and his aunts and uncles, Lisa Bell (Brian Hammer), Adina (Doug Leon), David (Elisabeth Banks), Allison (Lee Guynn), Tom (Sharon Banks), Laura (Erik Seifkes) and Kimberly Banks. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and adopted family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at the Torbert Funeral Home (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901).
