It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Stephen Hercha Sr. of Dover, Delaware, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Hercha; his brother Theodore Hercha; and his stepbrothers, Leo and Richard Szymanski. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hercha (Kline); his children, Denise Hercha Doughty (Michael) of Magnolia and Ronald "J. R." Hercha, Jr. of Dover; his stepbrother Marion Szymanski of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Avery Chandler (Megan) of Alaska and Aniya Doughty of Dover. He is also survived by many cousins in the Baltimore Area, and 2 nieces.
