It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronnie B. Allen of Dover, Delaware, born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Allen and Clara Ruby Boyd Allen; and his sister Karen Rauheisen. He is survived by: his wife Terri Hubbard Allen of Dover; his children, R. D. Allen (Tesla Melvin) of Dover, Michael Allen of Wilmington and Erica Allen (Colin Worrall) of Baltimore, MD.; his grandsons, Owen, Evan and Carsen; and his sister Sharon (Richard Grantz) of Spotsylvania, VA.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to USO Delaware, Meals on Wheels Delaware or Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue of Dover, DE.
