She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chambers and Margaret Chambers (Tarburton); her husband Allan K. Bowler; and her siblings, Jimmy Chambers, Peggy Tritinger and Paul Chambers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rose M. Bowler II (Daniel Gardner), Dawn M. Bowler and Tina Bowler; her grandchildren, George England, Dennis Gardner, A. Austin Gardner-Bowler, Breanna Vega-Bowler, Selena Vega-Bowler and L. Noah Gardner-Bowler; and her cousin Kathrine Horowitz (Kitty).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Rogers-Hovatter Funeral Home (301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
