It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roxanne Anita Lee (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Muriel Carson (Harris) and Herman Lewis White. She is survived by: her husband Edward; her children, David Lee (Anja), Brian Lee (Samantha) and Jessica Buttrey (Trevor); her grandchildren, Anthony, Marcus, Kaden, Corrine, Alicia, Vera and Kimberly; her sister Gloria Blackwell (Johnnie); and her sibling's children, Taylor, Julian and Olivia. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Dover (301 Walker Rd, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
