Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
