She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clayton Johnson and Mary Ella Johnson (Collison); and her husband Lawrence R. Dill, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Joeannie Layfield (Matt), Jennie Dill (Fred), Mary Dill and Lawrence R. Dill, Jr. (Tina); her siblings, William Johnson (Nora) and Phyllis Fox (Bill); her brother-in-law Norman Dill; and her grandchildren, Ethan Layfield, Ashton Layfield, Izaak Layfield, James Patrick, Emma Patrick, Eric Patrick, Frederick Patrick, Lawrence Dill III, Tori Dill, Donyee Smith, Dominque Jellife, Desiree Borrows and Devan Martin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greensboro Baptist Church (401 W Sunset Ave, Greensboro, MD 21639). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
