He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles James Norton and Gloria Marion Swanson Norton of Philadelphia, PA.; and his brother Ray Norton. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Stickley Norton of Dover; his children, Jennifer Ziervogel (Troy) of Salisbury, MD, Stephen Norton (Liz Austin) of Vadnais Heights and Jeremy Norton (Jenee) of Salisbury, MD; his stepsons, Daniel Shortridge (Rachel Kipp) of Dover and Tom Shortridge (Anna Bowers) of Fairfax, VA; and his grandchildren, Jake, Grant Ziervogel, Jenabelle Norton, Matty, Liam Kipp-Shortridge and Dassi Shortridge-Pitzer.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Delaware Veterans Home, 100 Delaware Veterans Blvd., Milford, DE 19963.
