He was predeceased by : his parents, Desiree Ingram and William Friends Sr.. He is survived by : his son Syncere "Cash" Friends; his stepmother Patrice Williams of Felton; his grandparents, Lois Ingram of Dover, David Durant of Felton and Tony Stevens of Wilmington; his siblings, Tarae Ingram, Anthony Rollins of Dover, William Friends Jr. of Felton and Talissa Ingram of North Carolina; and his aunts and uncles, Yulanda Gilmore of Dover, Bree Durant-Russ of Lewes, Keith Cubbage and Norman Fisher of Dover. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of extended family.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bibleway Temple (56 Kirkwood St, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Barratt's Chapel (6372 Bay Rd, Frederica, DE 19946).
