He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cox and Helen Cox; his sister Darlene Williams; and his nephew Joseph Cox. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his children, Stacy Middleton, Richard Walls and Pamela Alfonso (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Katelyn Cox, Christopher, Paige Middleton, Ashely Scott, Sierra and Kaylee Alfonso; his great grandchildren, Andrew and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Casey Cox (Cherie) and John Cox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
