It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman Ballard Bruffey of Dover, Delaware, born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bruffey and Martha Bruffey (Morgan); and his siblings, Leonard Bruffey, Vernon (Pete), Cheryl Baker and Susan Vestal.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Cathy); his daughter Tamera Snow (John); his granddaughter Morgan Snow; his son Scott Bruffey (Toni); his stepchildren, Crystal Cantrall and Peter Cantrall (Twila); his siblings, Bill Bruffey (Trish) and Mildred Bryant (Bruce); and his siblings-in-law, Don Baker, Roy Vestal, Lynda Bruffey and Carol McCombs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
