He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Andress McCullough, Sr. and Portia Florizelle McCullough; and his brother Beverly Andress McCullough, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Alvenia; his daughter Tameka Williams (Freeman Williams III); his grandchildren, Jordan McCullough, Brycen Williams, Mason Williams and Jada McCullough; and his sister Allegra McCullough.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Delaware American Cancer Society.
