She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Michael Bostwick. She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Graham and Janeka Graham; her parents-in-law, Thomas C. Graham and Karen Rook (Dennis); her siblings-in-law, John Graham and Jennifer Rogers (Kris); and her friend Joy Remus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in her honor to Delaware Hospice Center 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
