She is survived by: her children, Richard Douglas Hogan and Cynthia Woodmore; her grandchildren, Richard D. Hogan (Valerie), Richard I. Hogan (Stephanie) and Sherita T. Williams (Keith II); her great grandchildren, Kimora A. Williams, Aiden, Richard, Keith III, Kristopher Williams and Newcastle; her nephews, Curtis E. Sadler, Hugh E. Sadler (Clara) of Stonewall, TN and Charles R. Skillion (Thelma) of Murfreesboro, TN; her niece Sharon Watson (Charles) of Nashville, TN; and her cousins, Olivia Gregory (Bobby) of Bethpage, TN and Dil Loretta Hogan of Winter Haven, FL..
Mrs. Smith's family request memorial donations in her memory be made to Ballard Chapel Methodist Church.
