She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Smith and Gloria Smith; her husband Edward; her daughter Mary Lisa Boulden; her grandson Chad Petroulis; and her siblings, Eugenia Hutchins, Bruce Smith, Sr., Robert Smith, Albert Smith, Nicholas Smith and Robin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Bastek (late Carl), Joseph Petroulis and Pamela Hurley; her stepsons, Edward Millet, Jr. (Tracy), Robert Millet (Christina) and John Millett (Kenya); her grandchildren, Chasity, Melissa, Heather, Sarah, Joseph Jr., Michael J, Amber, Samuel T., Samuel C., Jayle, Nicholas, Michael, Patrick, Christopher, Sean, Tommy of Steven, CJ, John Jr., Ashley and Kimberly; and her siblings, Yolanda McClements, Rebecca Judkins, Eugene, Frederick Smith and Alan Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren.
