He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fields and Iva Fields; his sisters, Charlotte Clough and Hettie Hill; and his wife Jane Fields.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Contino (Bob) and Bill Fields (Chris); his grandchildren, Robbie Contino (Jennifer), Michael Contino (Holli), Ryan Contino (Megan), Amanda Axe (Matt), Joe Fields and Sarah Sommer (Ryan); and his brother Ike Fields (Nancy). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Bill's memory to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963 who provided excellent and compassionate care in his last few weeks of life.
