He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Mitten, Jr. and Jean E. Mitten; and his brother David K. Mitten. He is survived by: his wife Wendy K. Mitten of Lewes, DE; his daughters, Kelly M. Wark (Jeff) of Dover, DE and Jackie M. Roberts (Eben) of Dover, DE; his brother Douglas N. Mitten of Virginia; his sister-in-law Sandra L. Mitten; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Lauren, Elle and Brooke.
