It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Moor of Dover, Delaware, who passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moor and Catherine May Moor; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his son Kevin Moor; his daughter-in-law Patricia; his grandsons, Christopher and Brendan; and his siblings, Catherine Webb, Elizabeth "Betty" Luhrman and Charles Moor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church of Bill Moor will be remembered for his dependability, his steady presence, and the simple pleasures he found in life; especially those times surrounded by the people and pastimes he loved.
