He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Richardson and Anna M. Richardson; and his former wife Carole Reynolds. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Richardson and Ree Palmer; his wife Patricia Smith; his children, Jimmy, Tina Marie Wills (Don) of Felton, DE and Kevin Richardson of Magnolia, DE; his stepchildren, Sheri Booth of Seaford, DE and Jimbob Cochran of Magnolia, DE.; his grandsons, Jimmy Wills (Sam) of Felton, DE, Kevin Richardson of Honolulu, HI, Michael Wills (Mackenzie) of Felton, DE, Patrick Wills (Hannah) of Felton, DE and Brandon Grasso of Maryland; and his great grandchildren, Aiva Richardson, Kinsley Wills, Hazel Wills and Nevaeh Cochran.
