He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Willoughby and Florence Willoughby; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Willoughby; and his siblings, Evelyn McDowell, Anna McDowell, Virmadel McAllister, Ormond Willoughby, Thomas Willoughby and Harold Willoughby.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra DeRocili (Val) of Wyoming, Two; his granddaughters, Andrea Brown (Bobby) and Lauren Wetherall (Gerritt); and his great grandchild Luke Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
