He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Seeney, Sr. and Margaret Durham Seeney; his wife Beatrice Seeney; and his sons, Wilson Earl Seeney Jr. and Don Wayne Seeney.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Seeney of Dover and Michelle Seeney-Todd of Dover; his sister Leanna Gwyn; and his grandchildren, Jessie, Wilson 3rd, Nick, Sami, Craig, Jacob, Justin, Jaimy and Autumn.
