He was predeceased by: his parents, Coen Bright and Phyllis Bright; his wife Ruth Ann; his siblings, Coen, Felecian (Fish) and Ida; and his nephew Mark.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Ann (Jimmy); his granddaughter Ashley (Brett); and his pets, Teddy and Nizzy.
In lieu of flowers, Art asked that donations be made in his name to Trinity United Methodist Church at P.O. Box 4 Frederica, DE 19946.
