She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ellingsworth, Sr. and Frances Jester Ellingsworth; and her husband James Cherricks. She is survived by: her son James Shulties of Wilmington; her siblings, Robert Ellingsworth of New Castle and Marianne Ellingsworth of Clayton; and her close friend Dennis Wilcutts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
