Collins; his siblings, Shirley Mae Whitney, Ernest Collins (Annette Collins) and Eugene Collins; his children, Vernon Collins (Alphea), Deborah Carey-Sudler and Byron Collins (Jackie Collins); his grandchildren, Jamie Collins (Maria Collins), Ashley Collins (Katherine Collins) and Kristopher Collins; and his great grandchildren, Jayda Collins and Aiden Collins-Aristate.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1260 College Rd, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
