It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Michael Flanagan of Felton, Delaware, born in Bennettsville, South Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Marie Flanagan; his stepfather Martin Porter; and his aunt Eva Outten. He is survived by : his wife Diane Flanagan (Dixon); his daughters, Theresa Heinold (Michael) and Jill Rodelli (David Dickerson); his grandchildren, Shelby Heinold, Dawson Rodelli and Dylan Dickerson; his brother Eugene Flanagan (Patsy); his cousin David Outten; his children, Melanie and Ben; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Davis, Janet Lowry, Beverly Severson (Benny) and Millard Dixon (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
