He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Wagner; his stepchildren, Crystal (Jody) of Wyoming, DE and Joelle (Bill) of Felton, DE.; his grandchildren, Billy (Crystal), Amy (Chad), Cameron (Megan), Skyler (Terrence), Sydney (Elijah) and Shelby (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Cole (Darla), Blake, Cannon, Caleb, Zoë, Quinn and Sophia; his siblings, Dennis of Mountville, PA, Dave of Mechanicsburg, PA and Priscilla Allandar (Ed) of Liverpool, PA.; and his sister-in-law Delores Tinley-Smoot of Camden, DE.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Rolling Green Cemetery (1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
