It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Edna Williams of Felton, Delaware, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbert Cummings and Thelma Cummings (Hyson); her siblings, Carolynn (Cuglar) and Wilbert Cummings (Drip); and her son Willy Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Howard Williams Sr. (Willy); and her niece Tammy Fisher.
