He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Porter Sr. and Kathryn Porter (Behles). He is survived by: his wife Jean Porter; his daughter Sheila Burrows (Ben); his grandchildren, Dustin Mast (Ashlyn), Kaitlyn Mast, Dylan Burrows, Lilly Burrows and Jacob Burrows; his great grandchild Henry Mast; and his brother Marvin Porter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berry-Short Funeral Homes - Felton (217 E Main St, Felton, DE 19943).
