We announce the death of Leonard Rasmussen of Felton, Delaware, who passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 63. Leonard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Leonard Rasmussen and Shirley Ann Jones Rasmussen; his wife Mary Rogers Rasmussen; and his sister Kim Hutchinson. He is survived by: his brother Brian Rasmussen (Teresa); his niece Amy Miller (Dylan); his nephews, Jason Rasmussen and Charles Humbertson (Brandi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brinley and Charlie; his sister Lori Goff (Matt); his nephews, Kenny and Justin; his niece Katelyn of Albuquerque, NM.; and his sister Bonnie Day of Ireland.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to SPCA in the name of Leonard and Mary Rasmussen.
