She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence'Jake' O'Neal and Paulena'Polly' O'Neal (Coverdale). She is survived by: her husband Brent; and her sons, Matt (Carrie) and Jon. She is also survived by two sisters, several nieces and nephews.
