She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward Lowe, Sr. and Joan Frances Lowe (Bishop); and her siblings, Donna Lowe-Deaton and Joseph Lowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Terry Lowe; her son Diesel; her nieces and nephews, Steven Morrow, Austin Morrow, Taylor Deaton and Amanda Deaton; her great-nieces, Isabella Morrow, Lily Morrow, Mila Soul and Kinsley Spardin; and her cousin Sandy Whittington (Michael).
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran United Church of Christ (7200 Golden Ring Rd, Baltimore, MD 21221).
