With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Asa Chandler Jr. (Felton, Delaware), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chandler and Mae Banning Chandler; his in-laws, George and Frances Robbins; his granddaughter Julia Wise; his sister Edna Newhouse (Ted); and his niece Julie Robbins.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann Chandler; his children, Robin Rockemann (Rock), Shelly Wise (Todd) and Keith Chandler; his granddaughters, Jessica Hennessey (Ian), Amanda Rockemann and Rochelle Rockemann; his great grandchild Layla Wright; his sister Gloria Bridgers (Ben); and his brothers-in-law, George Robbins (Ron Bass), John Robbins (Diane) and Jerry Robbins. He is also survived by several nephews, great nephews, and great nieces.
