William J. Devine Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Devine of Felton, Delaware, who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Devine to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Devine (D'Ette); his parents, Richard Devine and Grace Devine; and his parents-in-law, Fred and Hazel McCarty.
He is survived by: his friend Dave Atkinson; his wife Hazel M. Devine; his children, Stacey Devine, Lesley Devine (David Massimiano) and Douglas Devine; and his siblings, Richard Devine (Barbara), Lois Heister (Steven), Gary Devine (Roseanne), Elizabeth Devine, David Devine and Joseph Devine. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Costantino-Primo Funeral Home (231 W White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ 08009). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Berlin Cemetery (40 Clementon Rd, Berlin, NJ 08009).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to the Diamond State Beagle Club at 1010 Chestnut Grove Road, Dover, DE, 19904.
