He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy C. Toomey and Alberta Toomey (Chandler). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Toomey (Wilson); his son Clifton F. Toomey, Jr. (Donna) of Millsboro; and his grandsons, Clifton F. Toomey, III and Harold Wayne Toomey.
