He was predeceased by: his stepson Michael B. Cella. He is survived by: his father Frank D. Hazel, Jr.; his pets, Cotton and Tyler; his wife Donna Cella (Cantrell); his son Gary F. Hazel, Jr. (Brittnae Johnson); his grandson Jared D. Hazel; his mother Ada Hazel Wightman (Collins); his sister Jane Hazel Oakley (Jim); and his stepson John Paul Cella.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ocean View Chapel (38040 Muddy Neck Rd, Ocean View, DE 19970). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (38040 Muddy Neck Rd, Ocean View, DE 19970).
