We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 75, Irene Sue Owen of Frankford, Delaware, born in Salisbury, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Sue Owen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her sister Phyllis Shockley. She is survived by : her husband Jim Owen; her daughter Bethany Winterbottom; her grandchildren, Garret Winterbottom, Kacey Winterbottom, Ryan Winterbottom and Scott Winterbottom; and her siblings, Eva Stamey, Frank Edward Hudson, Jr., Debbie Givens and Timothy Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Sue's name the Frankford Public Library, PO Box 610, Frankford, DE 19945.
