He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. Elwell and Margaret S. Elwell; and his brother Raymond P. Elwell. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie (Seminara); his sons, Michael R. (Roseann) of Lindenhurst, NY and Timothy J. of Carneys Point, NJ; and his grandchildren, Victoria R. Elwell and Christopher J. Elwell of Lindenhurst, NY..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's RC Church (691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
