Smith; his children, Kerry Meadows (Kevin) of Powder Springs, GA, Tracey Hankins (Jeffrey) of Bel Air, MD and Lewis "Michael" Smith of Abington, MD; his granddaughter Regan Hankins; his sister Kathleen Lloyd (Ernie) of Timonium, MD; and his niece Kate Mellinger of Timonium, MD..
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
