He was predeceased by : his parents, Gertrude Foraker, (Miller) and Charles E. Foraker, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Lois C. Foraker (Glanden); and his children, Tammy Foraker-O'Neal (Brian) of Smyrna, Charles E. Foraker, III (Jennifer) of Frederica, Roger E. Foraker (Heidi) of Magnolia and Donald J. Foraker (Ashley) of Frederica. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
