It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randi Lynn Ward (Frederica, Delaware), who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Karen Neiman. She is survived by: her wife Kristy Ward-Ragland; her pets, Jake, Lucy, Winnie, Gracie and Willow; her father Brian Neiman; her sisters, Joanna Funderburk (Justin), Okesa Neiman and Diana Phipps (Josh); her close friend Rebekah "Boober" Keis; and her parents-in-law, Mike, Lisa Ragland, Holly Helm (Matheuw), Amanda Henderson (Shaun) and Bernie Ward (Amber). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
