He is survived by: his parents, Shirley A. Pennington and William C. Haggerty; his stepfather Phillip Pennington, Sr.; his siblings, Alyssa Pennington, Justin Haggerty, Steven Collins (Tiffany), Phillip Pennington, Jr. (Brooke), Adam Pennington (Brandy) and Tyler Pennington (Maryellen); his aunt Lida Villanueva; his uncle Kevin Haggerty (Brittany); his grandparents, Karen Haggerty and Lee Jackson; and his nephew Brendon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
