She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harold Shafer and Mildred Viola Kyle Shafer; and her husband James C. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Neil R. Phillips (Elizabeth J.), Guy E. Phillips (Nancy), Keith J. Phillips (Anna Mae) and Ellen P. Campbell (William Hariu); her sister Carolyn Shafer; her grandchildren, Wendy, Lindsay, Dale, Sara, Mark, Noel, Denver, Cody and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Jordan of Lauren, AJ, Ruby, Emily, Jillian, Morgan, Tiffany, James, Audrey, Hadley, Lane and Pearl. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Bea's memory be made to the Seaford Presbyterian Church, 701 Bridgeville Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973.
