She is survived by: her husband Stephen Mark Justice, Sr.; her children, Donald Lee Wilkins, Jr. (Michele), Lynda Burke and Stephen Mark Justice, Jr. (Diana); her grandchildren, Brittany, Jacob of Arielle, JT, Stephen III, Paul IV, Nathan, Skylar, Mariah and Dallas; and her siblings, Raymond LaManque and Sylvia Layfield. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter, reflecting Deborah's love for cats and her caring spirit.
